Home pregnancy test positive, doctors urine test Negative-Now bleeding?

My last period was 8/17/09 I took 3 first response tests 9/19/09 all came up positive with faint lines. I also took 2 digital first response tests, they came up negative. Last night 9/22/09 I started spotting, I went to the urgent care they did a urine test, came up negative. This morning I am bleeding more but no cramping. I am so confused!!! Can I be pregnant still? My hubby and I have been actively trying. My breasts were sore and I had been exhausted and emotional. HELP
