i have to appear in court over a $5500 citi bank credit card default. the server brought me papers and the person i talked to in collections mentioned home lein, bank account seizure, and wage garnishment. i offered $25 per month but they are wanting a judgement to seize my bank account. thanks for any heads up info on what i might be facing.
