My home is in foreclosure as we speak. I'm totally able to pay the past due amount, but the bank has tacked on a bunch of fees and such that they wat paid current as well, and that is out of my reach. The "Love letter" that they left on my door said 17th of May, and then they mailed me (certified, had to sign for it) letters that looked EXACTLY the same that said 25th of May. WTF? How do I handle this, other than the obvious answer of Sell NOW? Don't want to move and will loose my shirt in the process. Cannot get a place to rent with the Horrid things this has done to my credit. Offered a rental place 4 mos rent plus full move in deposits and was turned down cold! I have no clue what to do here? It's a current problem with an immediate option of "Homeless" written all over it... What do I do?
