HI

Love Home Alone Just watched this today and its still a very good film.
Even in HD.

The 3rd and 4th ones are really dumb I do this the 4th one is watchable Would give this a 5 but the first two would get a 9 from me.

I watched 1 and 2 over xmas as they was on Sky and i was really impressed with how well they still hold up and they are really well made compared to the rubbish kiRAB get today.

I love 1 and 2. The rest don't exist to me. ;)

Little things you don't think about when you're a kid, like the moving scene in the church with Kevin and old man Marley. You don't appreciate it until you watch it back when you're a bit older.

It's been a long time since I seem 1 and 2. I'm surprised people are saying they've stood the test of time.
I gave up on number 3 after 15 minutes I couldn't be bothered. I didn't even know there was a number 4.

I preferred part 2 over the first, although the first is very good. I don't acknowledge the existence of 3 and 4 either. I haven't seen them, but a browse on imdb tells me enough that I should never ever watch them.

I swear people are so down on the 3rd one because it features a whole new cast. It's actually a stronger movie than the second, simply because it isn't a total rehash.

The second one was my favourite when I was younger, probably because it had more action.Thesedays,I can see that it cruises off the magic of the orginal, barely rewrites the script of it's predecessor and is too mean spirited (and silly). Then there is the shameless plug for the Plaza Hotel.

However,it is still very watchable,a testament to how underrated the original is (by critics).Tim Curry deserves a mention for his brilliantly slimy performance.

Not a massive fan of any of the Home Alone films but I'm surprised the 4th is so unpopular, I think it's the best one. I much prefer the kid who played Kevin in this one to Macaulay Culkin.

Loved 1+2 ,didnt think 3 was too bad
I remember reading an awful write revue for Home Alone in my morning paper so was put off taking the kiRAB,after seeing the film after Christmas i felt like writing a Letter to the Editor and telling him to sack his reviewer, loved it then and still one of my fav films,i think a few generations of kiRAB will enjoy this film, ideal family film to watch over Christmas.

Couldn't stand them when they were released and still dislike them now.

I found the original vicious, the excuse that it was cartoon humour didn't work for me.

I let my children watch Alien long before I let them see HA.

1 and 2 are great.

3 and 4, don't bother. It's not even the same actor, Culkin had outgrown Kevin yet in number 4 they had some other bratty kid play him and apparently this "Kevin McAllister" was even younger than from the first film! = Zero sense.
