Holy fucking STUPID law

OK, the law itself, somewhat stupid in general context, makes some sense but ... the wording of it is fucked



CLIFFS: With the permission of the utility company, I may attach a vending machine to a utility pole provided that said vending machine is attached 12'+ above the ground, thereby, removing any prabroad
ential hazard to electrical workers
 
yeah when they say "nrabroad
less than 12 feet above the ground" it should obviusly rule out vending machines. but i bet the reason they have it in there is because some schmuck did something fucking retarded and somehow sued the county
 
1) And now it's illegal to make such a posting

2) Probably won't happen then, will it?

3) Couldn't even get permission for that, as it's proscribed by the first part.
 
Perhaps, if that fucking soccermom wasn't on her phone and, therefore, cut me off because she wasn't paying attention, I wouldn't HAVE to use my spikes on her

Someone put a vending machine up a utility pole so then utility workers can grab a drink while working on electrical cables.
