admin to ICT or an engineering course? i have been accepted in a college in Netherlands for business administration .the course starts on Feb 2011 so i have some time. i want to know if i can transfer to some other course(unrelated to business administration) in the same or different college, either before starting the course,during the course or join a new course from the beginning during the September 2011 intake after studying the 1st 6 months of business from feb to sept.
