I live in a coastal resort in the UK and I have been looking into letting out a holiday home through a letting agency. I have looked into a few different companies which let out properties for a commission based fee of between 18% and 20%.
I have e-mailed them to ask them this question but am waiting for them to get back to me.
What I want to know is...
Does this base fee usually include a cleaning service or do you have to sort out your own cleaners for the property...?
