increase my credit score!? I paid off about $3k in debt from medical bills which have all been setteled in full, unfortunately I never had any credit lines in-fact the companies never approve me when I apply for cards which I have been told I needed to do to obtain some credit history. I make good on my student loan ($3k balance) and I have a score of 535 or something to that effect. How do I start to bring this up! I need my own apartment and im tired of being turned down by tenant screening agency First Advantage Rent safe! HELP!? Where do I start!?
sorry I misspelled that first word but I was told by my sister that you can send out letters to companies and some way she spoke with some leagal representaion and was given letters to have certain things removed that she's paid off from her credit report.
