For a summer workout for hockey, I'm supposed to be doing FH bounces, BH bounces, and 2 balls quick hands walking (among other things). and I'm not sure what these mean?
Also, is stickhandling quick hands different from normal stickhandling? (I'm assuming it's just that you try to go faster?)
