this. what are my rights? I haven't moved into my new house but I went to the first hoa meeting to find out we are all being sued bc our wells are not kept under the standards. Nobody ever mentioned this to us except that there might be a need to add a third well bc of needing more water reasons. Should I be informed the house is under legal problems? Is this suppose to be disclose? Pls help.. tnx in advance.
we are not being sued yet. our seller received a letter almost 60 days ago stating that if the problem wasn't corrected the homeowners association was going to get sued. he kept the letter till last week..the 60 days is running out in 3 days so there is no time to build a well by that time. We were not notified about any legal problems when buying the house.
