...the SECOND COMMANDMENT? Recently Every time I point out a heinous and retarded Law in the Old Testament some Christian argues that we are no longer bound by the OT laws because of the torturing and human sacrifice that was perpetrated on Jesus.
However the very same people continue to think that the 10 commandments are of such universal moral quality that they still apply and Christians are bound by them unlike the other Moseic laws.
Even further, many fundamentalist Christians want, and have even campaigned in America for the ten commandments to be displayed in courtrooms in blatant disregard for the constitutional mandate of separation of church and state.
The second commandment in Exodus 20:4 and also Leviticus 26:1

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

How many Christians are going to eat their sons and daughters when God eventually FULFILLS his PROMISE see below:
