my screen is prompting me to close the fire fox application before i can install adobe flash player and i dont understand that because no window is open on my computer
Close the install flash player thing and then try again and close your firefox window. If it still doesn't work go to the task manager
by pressing control + alt + delete to check if it is open somewhere and you can't see it. Hope this helps!
