hmmmmm....over development...?

my mom tells me i'm over developed... what does this mean??? this mean i have strong sex appeal to a wide range in ages.... im only 13 and it can be pretty scary. most of the guy that are my age like me because im close in age and im just a pretty girl. but sometimes... grown men stare too. the oldest ive had a man stare was like 35. he called me hot and it really scared me. another one was 26 and he still kinda just watches me. i try to ignore it because we are so close. there was this old geezer guy with grey hair and a grey mustache trying to mack to me... i totally ignored him. i have the appearance of a grown woman but i still have a baby face. i try to stay away from grown men... dont want anything to happen
