From what I can remember a man dies and goes to Heaven. Only to be given a second chance on Earth. While he reawakens on Earth, he has no memory but has been given a time limit to find his once 'love-of-his-life'.

Anyone remember??
 
Thanks for replying to my post. Just watched the trailer, and I don't think thats it. I believe thats its not a comedy, but more of a drama/fantasy/romance

There have been a few films of this genre but that is the only one I could think of for the moment.

Give us some help....is it an old film? 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s? More recent?
The one that sprung instantly to mind was Warren Beatty's Heaven Can Wait.
 
Its not a comedy. Around late 80s maybe. I can remember when he returned to Earth with no memory, he was given a time limit to find a lady. Perhaps his previous life partner. He found her in the end, just in time
 
I think i know which movie you're on about but the beginning is slightly different. Does it start with two people living together in heaven, then the woman either gets born or reincarnated and the man is allowed to go down to earth to find her. The condition is that neither him or the woman will have any memory of each other and is given until a certain birthday to find her
