Vertigo for me.

It does lack the sly humour which features in most of his work but it's a cinematic tour-de-force nonetheless.

Steven Spielberg owes his entire career to ripping off the reverse zoom shot in Jaws.

Psycho, Rear Window and Rope are my favourites.

It's hard to pick a favourite though. I can quite happily watch any of his films.

doesnt he just Hitch was the best.. loved this movie dont know how many times Ive watched it, and Im still looking for that coat Kim wore .The mission tower was built especially for the film, as its didnt have one..
the Hotel I believe is still standing too.

It's a love it or hate it film. There are lots of flaws in Marnie but that adRAB to its appeal for me.

I forgot about Rebecca and Stage Fright - another two of my Hitchcock favourites.

i watched psycho for the first time last night & whilst i really enjoyed it i did start laughing at one scene near the end.
