D David New member Jan 9, 2010 #1 hit deer last night now car wont go into any other gear then drive when parked you can out the car into park but you can still much the car and move it. since it really isnt in park the car wont start what could the problem be

F Frankie New member Jan 9, 2010 #3 You have some shifter linkages bent. Get it to a transmission shop and have them check it out.
