...dark clothes on a bike? this is my daughter in law this happen to the man was on a dark street with no light and dark clothes it is runnig her crazy she thought what hit her was a garbage can and then she found out some one had been hit she is 21 scared she has a 2 year old and 3 year old so can some one please tell me the law her bond is 10.000 we are trying to come up with 1000.oo we ned to no what the law is on it thank you god bless you
