OK you have no business riding a bike with no way to stop it. That's your first mistake. Second mistake is thinking someone on the sidewalk should move out of your way. Especially an elderly woman. When on the side walk, you have to yield to the pedestrians. And your third mistake was riding on the sidewalk. You say your mad? Your completely at fault. Don't get a lawyer because you don't have a leg to stand on. A lawyer wont help you. You will lose. Spend the money paying her medical bills which you owe and you will have to 100 percent pay. Take responsibility for your actions. Come on man, it was an old lady and you broke her wrist. What if someone did that to your mom and tried to get out of it, like you seem to want to? Get a job and pay her and be glad no one at the scene throttled you for being so irresponsible. Talk about a greasy thing to do, you should be ashamed of yourself.

OK so before yuo judge me let me explain a little bit. I was riding my bike on the sidewalk not goign to fast. And there was this lady ahead of me and i started saying hey! lookout. and so on becuase she didnt hear me ring my bell. But she didnt move like i would expect a smart normal person to. Any way since my biek doesnt have brakes i hit her. and she broke her wrist i think. But now shes mad at me and wants to sue for her medical bills. but this wasnt my fault was it!? im so mad.
