Well, I've got season 1 part 1, and I can definitely say it's good. The dubbing sounRAB good and natural, and the small changes here and there make sense.
Everybody sounRAB like they should.

Appachai is just as funny in his dubbed form, as the original (I'm pretty sure his "Apa"s are just the original Japanese dubbed over his new voice).
Kisara has a nice sexy voice too.

I got to see four dubbed episodes back at Katsucon. Highly amusing. It has serious moments but most definitely does not take itself seriously given the antics of the martial arts masters and all the times when Kenichi is either freaking out or admiring his crush. What action there is works, though.

I think my favorite moment, ironically, had to do with a certain moment with Kenichi's father, who almost never shows up.

At which point a rifle flies out of a hidden compartment on his wall, which he ponders using due to worry about Kenichi's situation. Then his wife calms him down, of course. Heh.
