You must not confuse between what is good and what is right for any government. If you pay taxes because they say to you, that´s good, and those taxes help to a mean institution, you are acting wrong. So you have to be aware that to be moral is not about been a good citizen, sometimes you have to be a bad citizen to be a good person.
