Hints on changing wing mirrors in an mazda RX8?

my wing mirror was vandalised and i have a second hand replacement i would like to fit myself, im guessing that i reomve the triangular panel from inside the door and go from there but there a speaker there too and i dont want to cause more harm than good. Any tips would be greatful
 
i dont know im sorry but can i just say i LOVE your car!!!!!
