Hills Have Eyes 2

If you like blood and gore then this is a movie for you. I thought it was really good except for the end because it seemed like it never ended properly. I wont go into detail cause I dont want to spoilt it.

There was also people laughing in our cinema, and I did on occasions too because it was funny in places, though I dont think it was meant to be.

I thought the 1st one was really good, really turned my stomach though.

I'm going to see the 2nd one this weekend.. so will have to wait and see whether it lives up to the previous one

saw this last friday night, like said before many people were laughing including me at points where you wern't really meant to laugh, and i hated the ending it, it just didn't work well.

suppose it was an alright film, just disapponinted as i was expecting better

I think it was meant to be darkly comic anyway. The bit with "sh*tman the barbarian" made me laugh, obviously an intentionally funny bit, lol.

The ending is bad though, they could have added at least a further ten minutes to bring some closure, but they didn't, instead we are juts left thinking "is that it?".

Ah, in-bred isolated mutants who can use laptops. Who would have thunk it?

Not bad for a sequel but I'd rather not see another film where mild mannered characters are forced to 'go medieval' to survive. That got old in the 70s!

This documentary was on TV a few weeks back. I rushed down to Sky+ it and started to watch it later on. It seemed kinda familiar, and then I spent ten minutes going through my DVRAB to see which one it was on. It's on the two disc version of the original Hills Have Eyes

I have to admit, it is a good documentary and had all the major directors in like Wes Craven, John Carpenter. George A. Romero and David Cronenberg. I'm sure Dario Argento and Tom Savini might have been in it

OK so I've not seen this film, getting too old and nervous :D

BUT I have heard it was (as some other films of this type are) based on Sawney Bean and his family. (Who made Hannibal Lecter look like supernanny  )

Lived in a cave around Galloway, about 48 (3 generations) robbed and murdered at night, cave hidden by tide during day supposedly remains of approx 1,000 people found.

There are debates about aspects of the story of the family as it was approx 200 years ago.
