In the Kids Next Door episode Operation ROBBERS, Numbuh 4 gets his face covered in bubble gum. He then shouts "I'm blind!". It gets me every time.

1. (Spongebob) In the episode "Scaredy Pants", when Mr Krabs was bobbing for apples and he started choking on one. The expression on his face was downright hilarious!
2. (DBZ) When Goku falls into a volcano during his fight with Frieza and comes out yelling "MY BUTT'S ON FIRE!"
3. In the episode of Back at the Barnyard called "Dream Birthday", when the whole episode turned out to be several dreams the characters were having. That was so random and i loved it XD!
4. (DBZ) when Goku Vegeta and Gohan were having their lunch break during the tournament. I swear that saiyans have an appetite that would even put Chowder to shame!
5. (Kung Fu Panda) When Master Shifu dies and Po starts to panic. When Po starts to panic, Shifu wakes up angrily and says "I'm not dying you idiot!" Ha ha!
6. (Spongebob) In the episode "Just One Bite," when Squidward was running back to the Krusty Krab after tasting a Krabby Patty for the first time.

In this episode of futurama, I don't know why this scene makes me alugh so hard but it does:
the episode where they have to deliver lugnuts to the human-hating robot planet. The scene where the human hunt starts and leela says to fry "now just try to blend in no matter how stupid or ugly you look" random robot: "aww now that was just uncalled for.."
I don't remember it word for word but hopedully you know what I'm talking about.
and another mvoie favorite for me will always be any scene with edna mode and the "capes scene" for the incredibles

That episode of Invader Zim where Zim launches that humongous water balloon from space at Dib, resulting in the destruction of his town and a good deal of the surrounding area. That whole build up of him firing had me and my cousin falling out of our chairs.
The "Wishbones" episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy where that skull was granting everyone's wishes, and Pud'n wished for "a cute bunny that will love him. And it does love him...loves him to death.

The Cowboy Bebop episode "Mushroom Samba" just cracks me up, especially the crew's hallucinations: Spike and his never-ending staircase, Fay swimming in the bathroom and Jet telling jokes to his bonsai. I'm laughing just thinking about it.
Sokka high on cactus juice in Avatar: The Last Airbender ("A giant mushroom. MAYBE IT'S FRIENDLY!"). Well, almost everything Sokka does makes me laugh.
