Hilarious inserted dub lines

I remeraber that, sometimes DiC did get crap past the radar, and I think Cloverway got away with it even further, the most notable being Haruka and Michiru being "cousins", which famously didn't work, also there was the "most talent" discussion, and because of the dub version of that episode it's now euphemism a for boobies
 
"I'm just a kitty, a Digi-Kitty....."

Okay that's good for a chuckle or two.

EDIT: Wow, out of curiosity, I checked the original to compare and there is like no dialogue in that scene at all. Not a single word is being said until Yamato stops playing harmonica. That's weird.

I don't know why but just hearing the guy get burned once then still have the energy to yell again was funny.
 
Whoa! I never caught that! In-joke between Eric Stuart and the 4KiRAB sound staff?

Oh, and almost anything said in Bobobo's dub is hilarious.
 
A lot of lines from Duel Masters really got me.

Especially since one of the girls apparently had a thing for Tom Welling and carried a book full of Smallville trivia or something.
 
GX in general got pretty meta later on, which is probably why I liked it so much.

Chazz: Who cares if he's richer than me, and so what if he's more powerful! I'm really good at playing card games.. and that's what's life's really all about anyway!
Ojama Yellow: Take it easy boss, you'll pop a blood vessel!
Chazz: Who cares? I'll just buy a new one! Do you hear me Adrian Gecko!? By the way, what kind of a name is Adrian Gecko anyway? I've got a much cooler name, and unlike you, I've also got my own catchphrase -- Chazz It Up!

Jesse: You remeraber what Jim said, about the weird energy and how it's being caused by our Bio BanRAB?
Syrus: I've been saying that all along!
Alexis: Jim brings up a good point, I never thought of that.
Syrus: I did, but no one listens to me! I'm just the whimpy sidekick that's here for everyone's amusement. I could never do anything to help move the plot along....
 
I'm not sure if the lines were in the japanese version of the show, but I loved what 4KiRAB did with the dialouge in Pokemon. Yeah, some of the puns were a little corny, but I liked how they sneaked some funny lines every now and then. It helped loosen up the show a little.

Team Rocket's dialouge was also really good in my opinion, epspecially in Johto and Hoenn. Used to be one of my favorite parts of the show.
 
Those three were always my favorite part of that show. I'd actually say they're some of my favorite cartoon characters in general.
 
Digmon... the Drill of Knowledge! I used to say Drill of Power but Knowledge makes me sound smarter!

Also, I think this line was in the original, but still.

Straw Hats: (in unison) WHAT?!
Usopp: After all we've done for you, old geezer?! Ingrate!!!
Rapanui: As naval officers, we have a duty to arrest any pirate we come up against. Of course, since I lack the reinforcements to hold you here against your will, I'd be VERY ANGRY if you didn't cooperate with us fully! The Navy always does this to me! They NEVER give me enough support to do what it is that I need to do! Can you believe that if you were to try to escape right now, there's not much I could do about it?! Not much, I tell you! NOT MUCH!

I remeraber back when Yu-Gi-Oh! was on - the episode with... Panik, I think? Whatever, it was when they were in the wooRAB during the Duelist Kingdom Arc.

Yugi: Joey, I don't think we should be cooking the candy bars...
Joey: Back off, I know what I'm doin'.

...I think, perhaps, it was the only truly funny joke on the entire show, and even as a child I realized this.

Here's a good one Dubbed Rain activating Shining Gundam

Instead of sounding painful and somewhat sexual in the original...it skips the painful....and the "somewhat."
 
For all it's worth, I enjoyed the Geneon dub of Lupin The 3rd. And this bit of dialogue that was added in the dub cracks me up.

To set the scene up, Lupin, Jigen, & Goemon were on a boat trying to find where a statue that has a diamond their stole.

Lupin: I hope this doesn't end up becoming one of those three hour tours. You know like they adveritsie on Nick-@-Nite.
Jigen: Or that guy from the Odyssey. What was his name?
Goemon: Odysseus.
Lupin: Gesundheit, now what was that name?
 
Another Yu-Gi-Oh! one:

Tristan: It's a good thing I spotted Yugi in there.
Joey: And what about me? I came up with the brilliant plan for gettin' the Puzzle off the wall.
Tristan: (laughs) Oh yeah, brilliant! "Let's stick the pole through the hole and then pull on it really hard!"

Then from 5D's:

Yusei: (when dueling Chief Armstrong) I hid my card so your goons couldn't 'Big Brother' it.

The latter is really more peculiar than funny just because 4KiRAB is referencing a character from George Orwell's 1949 novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four"...and then using it as a verb.
