I'm on a mission to lose weight. I'm 6'5" and today I weighed in at 265, so I'm hoping to get down to around 210 in the next few months.
Running is fine. Painful, but ok. The only problem is the constant chaffing. It gets so painful right after the run that I find myself hurting for days. (any solutions to this?)
Today I had an idea to go on a hike. There's this beautiful nature area near my house. You hike up the mountain/hill to the top and around and back down. So there's lots of hills.
Which do you think would better help me achieve my goal? Running sounds harder, so I suppose that would be better. Should I just stick to running or alternate?
