I've seen walking sticks that were actually swords/spears in disguise. I was wondering if anybody knew of anything like this but in more of a hiking pole design.
I don't think so, because hiking poles are meant to be very light, etc... Though I did see someone with hiking poles that had small flasks instead of handles.
My wife and I use hiking poles or sticks. When we visit the national parks we buy small metal emblems at the gift shop for them. they fasten on the pole with 2 small nails. We have about 25 on ours and they really look good. It tells people where we have hiked and reminds us as well.
To answer your question. No. I have seen canes that were swords.
