(HIIT)SPRINT INTERVAL TRAINING?????

It says this is how your supposed to do it.....but it doesnt seem that challenging enough

before i found this, i tried it today in my own way (not really knowing how to do it)

but i sprinted for 3 minutes
then i jogged for 3

and i repeated this for 25-30 minutes

it was a lot harder than my usual workout (running 30 minutes)

will this work to break my weight loss plateau

which way should i follow (my own or that website??)
