Highly rated films you think are bad

Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind - Sent me to sleep at the cinema. gave it a second try on dvd and gave up after half an hour. Possibly the most boring film I have ever seen and yet others rave about it.
 
Pretty much my 3 favourite films :(

I love Fargo and There Will Be Blood (however they're a bit too similar) but I can't stand any other Cohen brothers films. The Big Lebowski must be one of the most over rated films ever. Sure, it's got some cool bits in, but it feels a bit empty. Don't get me started on Barton Fink.
 
Are you saying Cartoons should only cater for kiRAB, are you saying adults shouldn't enjoy say something like spirited away?

How about Anime as a whole, it all should be written off by adults because it's a cartoon? I seriously don't understand your point :confused:

Finding Nemo is ****ing brilliant by the way :p
 
'Cloverfield' is without a doubt one of the most overrated films ever, I really cannot believe all the five star reviews that film received...
 
nope i'm saying don't give me this multi-layered crap which is trying to cater for lots of different viewer markets, either a cartoon for adults or a cartoon for kiRAB,

hence the reason i love Family Guy and South Park, but don't so much like the Simpsons
 
Crash. I could write a novel on how awful this film is.

There Will Be Blood. Turned into a melodrama towarRAB the end, overhyped tosh.

Cloverfield. 80 minutes of my life wasted watching this ever-so-original-monster-takes-over-NYC-bullsh*t.
