Highliting (marking) many items in N95

Yes it's easy -- just hold "edit/pensil" key and scroll up/down with d-pad key. WTF was a designer of that? the keys are so close to each other i cannot do this operation not with one not with two with two hands. And don't have huge fungers (if you know what i mean )

i actually didn't know that trick, cool, thanks :-)
I just go in the menu and use "mark" or "mark all" -- ill try this way, but ya-- buttons are pretty close together ...

Press pencil+select to mark non consecutive items as well.

Doesn't this belong in the s60 tips and tricks thread, if it's not there already, to spare it getting closed?

This is old news. The first s60 with a pencil key did this and the only phone thus far that potentially doesn't require two hands for this operation is the E65 with the pencil key on the side.

man, i'm not giving you tricks -- i'm saying Nokia F_***ked up the keys on N95. they are so close so you cannot press both of them at the same time.

I don't have a problem doing it at all.

That be the case, you should've thrown this into another already existing N95 thread, like the concerns thread.

I guess I can see where you might have problems. Try resting your left finger over the send button and using your fingertip to press the edit key if that's not what you're doing already.

Well then just ignore them and stop *****ing about it. Be a man. PMSing about every thread isn't gonna help. It's a forum, no one's gonna die, just let it be.

Geeez... It gets disheartening seeing so many people who have N95's now. (It also gets disheartening to see that the word N95 is on every page of every thread I browse.)

I rest my case. Someone with an N70 or N93 doesn't want to visit an N95 board for help with their phone, and that's exactly what the s60 forum has looked like for the past month, if not longer.

It should really be a sub-forum at this point with all n95 related topics moved. HF-25 is the maestro of movement in the Nokia thread so I'm sure he would have his work cut out for him but it would really clean up the amount of redundant threads. I would actually pay money to be a mod during the N95 craze as I would clean this joint up.

...maybe if I pose as one the newbs would be sKurred.

Totally agree with you onyxgrapple, there are sooo many complainers on the internet these days I wonder what they hope to achieve by constantly pointing out the same thing.
