high speed wobble?

I have an 08 Ultra, never had a wobble. I recently put on a bagger brace due to the fact that my wife is riding a lot now, not for any wobble ( have had it over a 100). But, anything to keep her safer is for me!
 
Before you go adding anything, start with an alignment check. From what Ive seen and heard they are not on the money from the factory.
 
I have a Dyna Superglide 2010 and it is dead stable at 100mph. Even if I give a little steering input, bike leans, but no wobble.

Reading the service manual though, the first thing I would check is wheel alignment. It looks like a chore on the Dyna though, not sure about your model.
 
Wouldn't the flatter profile tires of cruisers make them more sensitive to road imperfections?

Do many people put more of a sport touring-type tire on a Harley?

I just transitioned from sportbikes where the contact patch is much narrower. Especially when putting on a fresh set of tires.. It would feel like it's on rails. As it flattened out, it got much more wobbly feeling.
 
If you search on 'stabilizer' you will find tons of posts, so take a read of at least some of them to get an idea of what these things are and the benefits.

Your engine/trans is rubber mounted in the frame, to isolate engine vibration and give you a comfortable time! The swingarm and rear wheel is mounted off the rear of the transmission case. Rubber has a degree of 'give' in it, so to support the mounts Harley fit two stabilizers to your bike. One is in front of the motor, the other between the cylinder heads. Buells and rubber mount Sportsters have a third near the swingarm axle.

The 'stabilizer' we are talking of here is a third one for touring bikes, which fits under the trans and supports the rear mounts, like a Buell and Sportster. There are several brands of these things, so you must decide which to get. I have True-Track kits on both my Glide and Dyna, which is my recommendation. I don't have any connection with them, just a very happy customer.
 
Dynas have their own problems! They have a different design of front and rear rubber mounts to all the touring bikes and no stabilizers front or rear. I have a True-Track kit on my Dyna and it sharpens it up very nicely!
 
That problem comes to all tyres as they wear. Alternative brands of tyre such as Avon and Metzeler are commonly used to improve ride and handling.
