High School Musical 2

I don't really like the original. It's okay but it's not one of my favourites. But I really like this remake. Hope your daughter likes it :)
 
I bought it today.

It's ok - I mean it's got all the songs and the game is good for what it is.
But the graphics are rubbish and its not the cast that do the backing singing - its some random singers that are quite frankly rubbish.
Plus, you choose solo and do a duet song, expecting the other character to be the one from the film and its not. Which is odd.
Theres a story mode, which is basically "Kelsi" explaining the story, and you go through and sing and unlock different outfits and stuff.
There are some good extra features as well.

Its a good game, but you can tell Disney haven't had all that much input!
 
lol, i really tried not to overdose myself with the songs cos i don't wanna get bored of it!

can't wait for friday!!! i've seen the film already too but i wanna see it again!! its great!!
 
Well I was in the Disney store today and it didn't really say anything about it that I could see - it said extended music sequence, but....

Maybe there's going to be another version? More likely I just didn't read it right.

EDIT: Oh, wait, just looked online and it does say something about that....it's therefore just me! Sorry!
 
Apparently, according to TubeTalk on here, there is going to be a HSM 3 definately, and probably ones beyond that. Although its doubtful it would be the original cast because they wouldn't be in High School any more.....

But I don't know that more films without the original cast would be very good.....
Still, a third one!

I can't wait for hsm3!!!!! it is fairly predictable....
i bet sharpay really wants to be prom queen or something! & they have to find their dates to the dance...sharpay wants to go with troy....he wants gabriella...blah blah blah! lol...& they end up being frienRAB at the end!

I really hope there iss not too much of the same characterss this time(e.g. troy,sharpay,gabriella in every scene), i think thats a mistake they made with hsm2....

However, with the new characters being introduced i think it will be a good twist and a great change to the same old 6 faces we already see!
 
on our second viewing thanks to my obbesessed 8 year old no doubt i will see it a lot more before the end of the week.
but even she thought bet on it was awful zac need to move away from this quick before he becomes type cast
 
I know there will be an amateur performance in Scotland and I think there's going to be one in Wales...I don't know about anywhere else.


HideAway - which venue are you going to? I'll be going to Manchester. (I've decided - I'm going. Even though I won't be able to find anyone to go with me, I'm going!)
 
Shame that. I did have a look at the demo on Amazon of the game. I would have preferred it if they had stuck with the singstar idea, with the movie songs playing as you battle each other being one of the characters. then again it's not a proper SingStar product is it?:( shame they could of cashed in on this one.
Oh yea meant to tell you, I missed out getting them HSM on ice tickets. You were right about them being a quick sell out, only single seats left:cry:

Do you think Disney are that stupid?

To be honest, it's completely up to her what she does.
