High pitch noise when driving my 1992 Honda Accord?

I have a 1992 Honda Accord and I just started to hear a high pitch squealing noise when driving today. The noise sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. When I brake the noise stops and it also stops every now and then. Do I need new brake pads? Could it be something with the wheel itself?
 
could be the metal plate behind ur disk brake. U need to check ur brake fluid reservoir, if it close to the minimum level. U need to change ur brake pad.

PS: Remember do not re-fill ur brake fluid, it's to tell u if u need to change ur brake pad and if the hose leak
