High Piched Buzing noise from Dash, DODGE?

02 Dodge Quad Cab 4.7 Magnum V8, their is a very High Pitch Buzing sound coming from the dash area, apears to be more to the Pasingers side, Ive made sure everything is turned off sitting inside with the doors closed it still is their, Ive disconected the Battery for 10 mins but comes back when I open the doors, all Lights work the way they should,
anyone can Help woeuld be appreaciated.
