The difference is due to the boiling point of water being lower as you rise in elevation causes food to cook at a lower temp when boiling. So, there will be a slight difference when compared to cooking at sea level. However, you should not be high enough to notice much of a difference.
Elevation does not affect oven temperature obviously but it does affect how baked good like bread, cakes and cookies rise. This actually could be more pronounced at your elevation than the change in boiling point.
