Hifonics BXi2008D on 2 jl w7's?

would a Hifonics BXi2008D be enough for 2 jl w7 12's? the are 750 watts rms, but they are 3 ohms a piece which would a produce a 1.5 ohm load. i have a jl audio 1000/1 on them, but i am selling this amp with the bass knob and rlc module. i want to run this hifonics since its 2000 watts at 1ohm, i figure at 1.5 ohm it should give me the power i want.
 
i wouldnt get JL they are way over priced. you get the 12" kicker solobaric L7 it hits like a round 15'.
 
sounds good to me....as long as you have the electrical to back up that amp I say go for it.
