Hide jailbreak and tips?

I wanna jail brake my iPod touch an was wondering is there like a app that would hide all of the winter board apps and cydia apps if ma parents wanted to see my iPod? Like a kill switch with out killing the jailbreak? Or any tips for hiding the jailbreak cuz they don't want me t,o but I want to anyway. And also is jailbreakme.com still a tethered jailbreak for mc models? Thanks
