Hidden video still shows up in my videos Nokia 5800 Xpress. HELP! Used file explorer

pro.? I used file explorer to hide a video on my Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. Its not visible in the gallery, or real player but it shows up when I access My Videos via the Xpressmusic access button at the top of the phone.
How do I prevent it from appearing there? I don't want to delete the video.
