Hidden "Inappropriate" Content in Cartoons

I can't think of any quotes off the top of my head but Fairly OddParents has a lot, the Total Drama series as well. And then there is Spongebob.

Chocolate With Nuts

Spongebob: (Reading Billboard) Eat Barnacle Chips, They're Delicious!
Spongebob: They are most certainly not delicious!
Patrick: Not the way I use them.

Spongebob: Patrick, we need a new approach. A new tactic.
Patrick: I've got it, let's get naked!
Spongebob: No, let's save that for when we're selling real estate.

Sailor Mouth

Spongebob: Hey Patrick! How the *Dolphin Noise* are ya?
Patrick: Pretty *Dolphin Noise* good Spongebob!

Your Shoe's Untied

(Spongebob is watching a show with some sort of weird dancing plant and Gary comes in the room)
Spongebob: (Changes Channel) GARY! I was uh, just trying to find the Sports Channel Gary.

I'm sure I'll think of some more later.

In an episode of Spongebob, where he's trying to give Gary a bath, he disguises the bathtub as a treasure chest, and says the bars of soap are pieces of eight, following that up by saying not to drop them .

I always liked this one from the Spongebob Squarepants episode "Texas":

Spongebob: "Patrick, your genius is showing!"

Patrick(in shock, covering his "area"): "Where?!?"

Speaking of Rugrats, remember the episode where all the babies get naked? They look at each other, then Tommy says to Lil, the only female of the group, "Hey Lil, can I ask you a question?"

I think I've heard two innapropiate moments in "X-Men Evolution". One was the background song in "Fun and Games" and the other was when these two girs said something bad to Rogue in "The Stuff of Villains". But I might need to see those episodes again to prove it.

One Animaniacs episode
Yakko: I got the beans
Wakko: I got the franks
Dot: I got the buns!

Teacher: I'll conjugate with you
Yakko: Goodnight everybody

The Batman
Batman: Joker just needed a an opportunity to get to somebody in her position (Talking about Harley after getting fired from her talk show)
Batgirl: Next batman discovers the fruedian implication's of Penguin's umbrella.

and one Rugrat's episode
Phil: A kid should be out with his friends not in the house boppin his boppo

It took me a long while to figure out the meaning behind the name "Chokey Chicken"--and why it was changed to "Chewy Chicken" in its fourth season.

In The Powerpuff Girls, when the Professor is going on a date, the girls are putting on his tie, flower, cologne, and so on. Then, Buttercup puts something in his pocket, but you don't see what it is. She describes it as "And some of these!". Would that be condoms?

In the I Am Weasel episode "A Tree Story", all the trees are having a meeting to discuss the abuse they've suffered at the hands of people.

Leader: The chair recognizes the birch.
Birch: Well, actually, my son wanted to say something.
Leader: All right, the chair recognizes the son of a birch.

Its sister series Cow and Chicken had a lot of gender confusion humor as well.
One episode had Cow and Chicken's dad at the mall shopping for their mom...from buying new dresses to getting a pedicure.
Another episode had the Red Guy at the supermarket buying several packs of pantyhose...which it turned out were to filter his coffee.

One I just saw on, of all places, the What's New Scooby Doo? Halloween Special. A blonde girl is making time with and hitting on Fred the whole episode and at one point she tells him it's her birthday.

"I'm 18. Old enough to legally (pause) vote."

Another running gag in Cow and Chicken involves Cow's favorite dolls - Piles the Beaver, Crabs the Warthog and Manure the Bear.

Every so often one of the characters mentions one of her dolls, briefly pausing after saying the first word of its name.

For example, in "The King and Queen of Cheese":

Chicken: COW! WAIT! I'VE GOT CRABS...THE WARTHOG!!

And again in Night of the Ed, featuring the new family pet, Ed the runaway rabid jackal:

Cow: It's upstairs! HE COULD BE EATING MY MANURE!
Chicken: The Bear doll!

You think that's bad? According to the storyboarder's blog, K'nuckles was originally supposed to get fat by drinking lemonade and eating chocolate-covered hot dogs.

So, originally, the Candy Barrel filled up with yellow liquid and floating log-shaped brown things.

...so... yeah.
