Hi. My name is Chris and I am new to this site and am just learning how to use it. I have been taking suboxone where I used to live for 5 years. However, for the past six months, I stopped taking it and was doing all right. I have just moved to San Francisco and the stress and fear of a new place is starting to make me antsy. I have been sober off of heroin for five years, and the stress of this move is starting to get too much for me. I really do not want to use and I am trying everything, but I would feel so much safer if I was able to get suboxone. Right now, I am unemployed and cannot get it.
I don't know what to do.

Is it possible for you to go to any type of meetings? Call a friend who knows you and knows what you have been through in the past? It sounRAB like you have came so so far,
I know the stress of moving can be a pain, but try and remeraber what your life was before and how your life is today. Isn't it better with out your DOC or Subs?
Im sorry your feeling so bad, Please take care of yourself... Take a nice hot bath, deep breathing, and gee go for a nice long walk and get some freash air....
