is 2 flashes on the power lght? Hi there,
I have a toshiba 42hp83 and the picture went out on it. The power light is blinking 2 times. I power it on ( I hear the relays click on and off ), it stays on for about 60 seconds ( no picture or sound at this point ) and then it clicks the relays again making the red light flash 2 times every few seconds. I took the cover off to inspect the fans. They were dirty but even after cleaning them I get no display turning on. I do see when the plasma clicks off ( the relays clicking after the tv is about to make the power led blink ) that the fans kind of jump a little. They dont spin but they do seem like they made an attempt. I tried to time it and ake the fan spin but the relay just clicks and the red light starts blinking again. Any advice?
