It depends on what time of day it is and what the tide is I usally have better luck when it's low tide. I usally use a 3. Oz sinker but bigger the better so the current doest take it right back in to shore also cast as far out as posible with bait and just let it sit till You get a bit. I chach most my fish on squid as bait but mullet, shrimp, and bloodworms work good to.
