i can find it, from my system? she lives in a different country.
i have not received any mail from her (she is just starting out with computers)
I do know her postal address and some personal detalis
 
Yes you can

if she has wrote to you any E-mail and you have not deleted the E-mails, you can find it on your E-mail inbox.

Open a letter she has sent you in the past, in the header you should see her full E-mail address.

You can copy it or send and E-mail or IM Message with it.
