Hi Is a classe B chevy van 1986 in great condition worth buying for 3500?

I saw the van it was originally priced at 4200$ but it was brought down to 3500$. Any of you have experience with these camper vans or if you think it is not a good deal? Im a first time buyer (student) hoping to travel the country with it this summer so Im a little nervous to make the investment :) Thank you I appreciate.
