as civilization......? football manager 09 and 10 when out and sims 3 maybe

i was just wondering if maybe you could help me out with specs to look for or a laptop you would recommend to run these games smoothly. Those games are the only sorta games id play on the laptop .

So my budget hopefully no more than £500
