If you are trying to add Flash to a program and that program is still running, it may not be able to register. Usually a browser. Try opening Task Manager and making sure that a browser isnt running. Close any unnecessary programs and run the installer again. Or if installing from a browser, you could try installing through a different browser and it will work on all.
