K Kayla New member Aug 13, 2009 #1 ...pounds in 3 weeks before school start? and also im 5'3 and 181 pounds . i need to weigh like 160 then from there on get smaller and smaller . please please help im going to try the 3-day diet so but i want others opinions too.
