and not exercising,? i have lost around 25 lbs since i was 14, i am now 17 turning 18 in a couple months and it is too cold to jog and i can't go to the gym very often. I used to jog every day and eat less, that is how i lost my weight before, how many calories should i eat to lose around 20 lbs and how long should it take? I weight around 185 lbs and i am around 5'11 and i would like to get to 165-170
