hi i recently added a amp to my civic speakers and just playin around it it

trying to get it to sound good,? itz give me a headache , so im doin wit the amp and stuff now so i disconnect everything , and now i hav no sound from my speakers normally , before i did but not after the amp no sound, unless i plug the amp back up, can anyone help , how can i get my sound back to normal
