Hi I Really Need Some Help R Advice Here

i have just installed emule for the first time and everything went ok did the configuration thing at the beginning

then when i try to download something my downloads are around 2-3kb/s when im on 512k ADSL

this cant be right am i doing something wrong plzzz help

And try this version : http://indigo.retemail.es/

It works allot faster compared to the original emule, atleast 4 me.
