I recently got my phone shut off on one of my friends family plan for Verizon. Well i went over there to pay the bill and now no one answers the phone or ever gets back to me about it. So i want a new phone an all, so i went to the other store and he said, she probably suspended it, and that i would have to talk to her about it. So if i wanted a new phone through there, he could only take it for parts and just not let me swap out phones. What should i do about going about this, i can't call them cause no one answers? I want to trade out my phone for another phone....
